Keith and District Silver Band is a non-competing community band. Band members come from a wide area from Inverness to Insch in order to rehearse every Sunday night in the Longmore Hall, Keith.  The emphasis is on music that is enjoyable to play and entertaining to listen to and our repertoire spans many musical genres from pop to classical, film music, traditional hymns and marches and many more.

Guest players and new members are always welcome, whatever their level of ability. The Band has a pool of instruments for those who do not possess their own. A small annual subscription  covers the basic running costs of the group supplemented by fund raising concerts, donations from the groups that we support and occasional paid performances.
